Citizens Health Expo

Event Information

Citizens Health will be hosting the Citizens Health Expo on Saturday, September 18th from 6:30-9am at the Colby Event Center – south gym. Discounted lab screenings will be offered as well as free screenings, prizes, giveaways, education and more! Flu shots will be provided based on availability.

Screenings Include:

• Comprehensive Profile (includes a Lipid Profile, Glucose, and Complete Blood Count) requires 10-12 hours fasting – $30
• TSH (Thyroid) – $20
• Hgb A1C (3 month glucose average) /(Known diabetics or significant history) – $20
• Prostate Screening/PSA – (males only) – $25
